I’ve finally finished editing Brittany & Jacob’s beautiful Houston wedding! This is an ENORMOUS post, but it was a very special day for a very special couple! We managed to fit these bridals and groomals in right after the ceremony, and then it was off to the reception for more fun and picture taking. It was so much fun to get away from my cold Utah winter (and children ;)) to be a part of their warm and sunny weekend celebrations! They looked so happy and beautiful together. Enjoy!
What a wonderful wedding it was!!! I just LOVE this couple, and their entire wedding day was so special from start to finish. Erica had a smile on her face the entire day, a big one! She is the kind of girl who just lights up a room with that fantastic smile of hers, and Goose was so handsome and beaming with happiness. Both of their families were the nicest people you could ever meet. It was really so great to be there to document this special occasion. These two have such an exciting life ahead of them, and I wish them the very best!
It’s been too long since I’ve posted, but things have been a little too busy to stay caught up. Kathleen and Alan were married back in July, and their wedding was beautiful in every way imaginable. They had a full day, with a morning wedding at the Salt Lake Temple, and finishing up the night at This is the Place Park for their reception. I have had so much fun spending time with these two. They are at the beginning of what is going to be a wonderful life together!
I’ve gotten the cart before the horse here by posting this wedding session before the groomals, but that’s the order that I edited them, so that’s the order that you get them! Stay posted for Andrew & Diana’s stunning groomal session in the next few days.
Andrew & Diana’s wedding was absolutely spectacular from start to finish! The ceremony took place at the LDS Houston Temple on a hot sunny day. The grounds around the temple are manicured so beautifully. Later that evening, following authentic Latin tradition, a wild and crazy reception took place that lasted for hours. This was not the kind of reception you just drop in on and leave ten minutes later after you have said hello and eaten your cake. No! This was a stay-the-entire-night-and-party kind of reception, with dancing, dinner, a DJ, dollar dancing, line dancing, crowds of people, great music, and SOOO much fun! I don’t think I’ve ever been to such a fun celebration, and I likely will never see one like that again! Enjoy your pics guys and thanks for including me in such a special occasion!!!
Here are just a few sneak peeks of beautiful Diana and Andrew! I was fortunate to be able to shoot their wedding and groomals in Houston over the Memorial Day weekend. They are such a happy and down to earth couple. I had such a fun time being with them and their families, despite the very humid and hot weather. More will be coming soon of these two! They had the most incredible reception I have ever been to. You won’t want to miss out on these pics!
I’ve had a couple of requests to post some color photos from Jessica and Seth’s wedding. You’ve already seen most of them in black and white, but here is a quick post for those of you who love color. I personally prefer the black and white, but everyone has their own personal opinion. So what do you think? Black and white or color? Leave me a comment and give me some feedback.
Here is the final post of this sweet couple’s wedding. Thanks for letting me take part in the fun guys!!!
I just had to post this one photo of Seth by itself. So often the bride gets so much attention during bridal and wedding photos that the groom gets overlooked. I love how happy he looks here leading his bride down the hallway before the ceremony. He was so ready and eager and happy about it. And he was so attentive to his bride the entire day, full of hugs and kisses and hand holding. There will be one more big post of this cute couple coming up in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned.
